Power Window Problem

Hi, I have a 2000 Licoln Continental. All of the power windows work except the pass rear. It started out going slow, then it wouldn't work, than it would come down and go up super slow. Now I just hear the switch clicking when I activate the switch. Are there circuit breakers in the motor, or have I blown the motor out? Why would the window be moving so slowly? Thanks in advance for any advice.

There are no breakers in the motor. Sounds like the regulator is binding or off track. The only way to know for sure is to remove the door panel and have a look at the problem.
