conversion

hi can anybody tell me where to find a 98 eclise conversion kits are sold the conversion kit is for auto to manual conversion:grinyes:

I'm going to be nice and repond but most likely if you get other responses they will be flaming you because you broke a cardinal rule of the forums. You gotta learn to search before asking a question.

Anyway I've never seen it sold as a kit. It's usually pieced together by a user. It's not impossible but you have to have alot of knowledge of working on cars to do the swap. Go to a junk yard and basically steal everything you need from a manual eclipse including the tranny. Most times it's not worth it. I really suggest you consider selling the car and buying a manual transmission car if you really want manual. It will most likely cost less and be alot less of a headache.

Never seen or heard of a conversion, all I know is it will be a bitch. Just buy a fuckin manual car. SEARCH NOOB.

For your question, just go to junk yard and ROB :evillol: ( I love to use that word ) every thing, and do swap your self or some one else, or just get a manual car.
