2001 reputation

I am looking to purchase. The car has 66,000 miles. So far it doesn't look like it gets good gas milage and I hear a small noise in the rear end- right side. Also the clutch may be going. Any information would be helpful.

might need a new clutch a tune up and maybe a little work to rear suspention.
