I think the world would be a better place if the really important issues were covered better by the law.
heres my first proposed new law....
"It shall be illegal to manufacture,possess or wear womens' lycra bodysuits/lingerie/bike shorts/ other misc. garments in any size larger than a 12."

I disagree in part with the inclusion of lingerie in that; bras are lingerie, and there's nothing wrong with needing a large bra :licker:

Lots of good ideas here. Lets add, anyone who leaves their blinker on for more then two miles is to be driven off the road into the nearest tree or revine in the direction of the blinker.

That'd be fine for most instances, but there should be a clause that any woman wearing a thong that's visible above her jeans should be applauded (with some kind of height/weight restriction though).
And don't tell me that none of you have been driving along on the freeway and you take a glance at your dash, only to notice that one of your turn signals has been blinking for a while... It rarely happens to me, but it does happen. I'm only partially retarded. :bloated:
