Dynamat or Vblok

:badass: Ok i really need to know what would dampen better on my trunk lid and get it to stop rattleing. Dynamat Xtreme or one of the Vblok's from cascade audio. I have been looking at Vblok 2Heavy Duty ,3.5, and 4.5. Would any of these dampen better than Xtreme?
3.5 has some lead septum layer that makes it more expensive. What does that do?
I also don't belive Vblok comes self adhesive. What is the best way to stick it to my trunk?

Probably dynamat and to adhear it u need eather a blow dryer or heatgun to help it adhear ond bend easyer for molding it to uneven sufrace areas:smoka:
