Radiator Cooling Fan

I have a 96 2.2 Sunfire with the cooling fan not working, the problem is with the ground. I am guessing that it gets its ground off a temp switch that turns the fan on and off. Anybody know where it grounds at? And a location on the engine would be nice too.
