Wrong glass in Fujimi Nissan kit

I bought a Fujimi Nissan March kit from HLJ for a friend some months ago, and he never paid me, so I'm keeping it and building it myself. I just opened it yesterday, and I found that there is a glass parts tree from some Mazda Savanna kit.
Anybody ever been able to get replacement parts from Fujimi? I can't find a website or anything.

Did you try contacting HLJ?

I did, but an automatic response said they were closed until next week sometime. I saw they have a service to order parts, but I am not that keen on buying a replacement part for something that should have been in the box in the first place.
I found an email address for Fujimi here:

I sent an email there, we'll see if it was the right one.

Hobbylink is pretty good at replacing stuff if you communicate with them properly. I had a box arrive that had some heavy shipping damage; enough parts in the kit were damaged that HLJ simply shipped a fresh kit and needless to say I was 1000% satisfied w/their response. Rather than explain in just words, I sent them digital pics of the damaged outer box and the damaged kit. I reckon that you may be able to get replacement without paying if you write and send a pic of the wrong tree w/the kit. They're at the hobby show and not in the office, have patience you should be able to get in contact w/them in a day or two.

Well, it looks like that email address for Fujimi that I found was the correct one: They sent me an email less than 12 hours later asking for my address, so they could air-mail me the correct part. Nice job Fujimi.

Wow, that was fast. I found the package in my mailbox last night. I didn't realize packages could get here from Japan so quickly.
Huzzah for Fujimi on their customer service.

Really! I always thought Fujimi was all but unreachable. Good luck for you, and it seems, good luck for us from now on. Thanks for the heads up.
