Aiming headlights on 03 Silverado

Is there a way to adjust the aim of my headlights, driving in fog I can see that my right one is pointing to high, I see how the whole headlight assembly comes out but I don't see any way to adjust it

Any help would be appreciated

I had to adjust my headlights after going to a bigger tire plus leveling keys. On the top of the headlight assembly you'll see a "star" headed bolt. This the adjuster. Aim truck at a solid structure.(Headlights on.) (I used my garage door.) Then crank whitchever way you need for desired level. Simple.
