squealing steering wheel???

hey hope someone can tell me wat to do bout this, every time a turn the steering wheel it kinda squeals, but the power steering fluid is full, can anyone help me out.

Slipping belt,restricted lines/hose,bad pump,messed up valve body in the rack...or air in the system from a leak.

have a friend turn the stearing wheel or u and have some1 standing outside of the car and when u turn it see if it is louder outside or inside. if it is louder inside check the little cover that is on the shaft on the firewall. mine is doing the same thing.

my friend's acura integra does the same thing but i don't plan on looking into it... i drove his car around and would like to note that 1990 acura integras are not fun to drive.. felt like a bumper car...

try some belt dressing if it come's back get a new belt ( that easy) if not let us know
