First thing, went out to start van would not start, charged battery Noticed A/C light on without key in ignition switch. Checked fuses, removed and reinstalled A/C relay light went out. Van started after charging battery, but now A/C controls for direction of air flow do not work. I cannot get the front panel vents to blow air, only the bottom and defroster vents blow air, it does not matter which button I push. A/C blows appropriate air temp. And also now the battery (less than a year old) needs charged every few days like I have a short somewhere could this A/C control be the problem for that as well?
