My malibu has front brake problems. Dealer turned rotors at 17K and now at 32K they are warped again. Dealer says chevy will not warranty them after
12K. Anyone had this problem and what was your resolution. My warranty book does not say rotors are not warranteed only brake pads tires etc.

Sorry to say this, but welcome to the Chevy Malibu Club. I had my brakes go out at 15K and went to the dealer. We fought and they agreed to replace the pads. At 23K the same thing - they said they would replace the rotors - but they did not. At 35K the same thing. They said I drove too hard! Eventually, I bought my own rotors (5 total), pads, calipers (4 total), etc.
The only thing Chevy will understand is that you become an evangelist and spread the word - DON'T BUY CHEVY.
