airbag light stays on

:shakehead Hi does anyone know where to look for the problem of the airbag light staying on i suspect the clockspring but before i dish out 200 dollars ,,just wondering if anybody has had this problem also ???

Why would you suspect the clock spring? The seat belt tensioners are much more likely. You should pay to have the codes read instead of guessing

ok well speaking of codes is there a way of reading them with out a scanner and as son as you start the truck the light comes on ..?
