2003 Expedition FX4

I need some advice. I just purchased a 2003 Expedition FX4 (My first Ford - I am a GM fan). It has approximately 60000 miles and visually looks excellent. The interior is excellent as well. I have owned a number of 4X4 trucks before - all GM. The issue is this. As I turn a corner (from a stop), I get this weird vibration. If I didn't know better, I would say that the 4 wheel drive system was on, however, it isn't. I don't know if this is normal or not. I suppose that I will have to take it to a dealer to see if it is normal. If you have any ideas, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

MT,
I also have a 2003 Expedition FX4 and my truck does the same thing. I haven't been able to pinpoint what the sound is, but I agree that it sounds like the 4WD is engaged. I'm planning on trying to look at some things this weekend and will let you know what I can find out. It's been making that noise since I can remember, so maybe it's nothing. I bought it brand new at the end of 03 too.
I've done a fair amount of "bolt-on" customization to mine, so feel free to ask any questions about the truck as I have had it apart a few times!

I found out that there is a TSB for the rear clutch pack. It's TSB 04-24-20 but from what I was told on another forum, it's pretty pricey to fix if the vehicle is not under warranty.

I took it in to the dealership today, and they put some of the friction modifier in to see if that corrects the problem. The TSB describes my problem exactly. Any idea what the cost is to get the clutch pack replaced?
Thanks

I don't know what the cost would be, but the guys over at the FTW forums seemed to think that for the money they would do a Powertrax unit instead.
