today topic is could the 350z do high 13s like 13.8,13.9
because i read the car and driver issue they recorded 14.1
but the trap speed was pretty high at 101mph i think with a better
driver it could do better time because if a four door monter could do
14.8 or better i know the 350 could do 13s
nissan altima 3.5:rolleyes:

I think it can definitely hit high 13s. Car and driver did a 5- 60 mph test, and it took the Z 5.7 seconds to hit it. The 0-60 mph was 5.4. The difference is only 0.3 second, meaning Car and driver didnt launch the Z hard enough for the 0-60 mph test. Thus the 1/4 mile time should be faster.

Yeh i thought that also.
I hear there is a 0-60 timer inside the car and that you could check the air pressure of tires from inside the car is this true?

Maybe on the trip computer? That would be pretty neat to have a 0-60 timer. I haven't heard anything like that before. Actually, I have no clue what that computer will actually do?
So, does this talk about improved 1/4 mile times improve the 0-60 time too?

It happened a fellow 350Z fan said Motor Trend September issue they test the Z and get a 13.9 in the 1/4 mile, and a 0-60 in 5.4 and a slalom of 67.8. Very impressive.
