ok now it dont make the noise along with the RPMs , because if you give gas in park.. no sound.. BUT i noticed sometimes .. NOT ALWAYS while backing out.. theres a very slow click and it speeds up as the car gets faster.. (gets so fast a clicking sounds like a non stop hum)
any ways... after driving for a while (or maybe once i get to 50mph) it finely stops.. its not only in R .. the sound kinda sounds like its coming from the AUTO trany ECA .. but its totally coming from the driver side and somewhere in the lower corner... im not able to fully locate it.. cuz im driving.. and it dont ALWAYs do it.. just every now and then...like once a week...
normally turning the car off.. then back on.. shuts it up.. wtf is broken/?

It would be helpful if you could post the year of your Regal to include engine size and mileage so others can weigh in to help you.

Does it sound the same in turns? A bad CV joint will cause the exact symptoms you describe. And yes, even the hum as well. Take a look at your inner and outer CV boots for damage/leaks. In most cases you will find the grease spattered all over the lower control arm, subframe and even all over the bottom of the hood and the top of the firewall.
But you say it goes away once you restart the car? That doesn't sound right. Hmmmm.... well, do the check I mentioned and while you have the wheels in the air, check for play in the wheel bearings for fun. Just take each hand and put them across from each other on the wheel. Move the wheel back and forth real quick. Don't try turning the wheel, just give it a shimmy.
