My First kill

... in the Alltrac that is :)

Not much of a kill or much excitement. I'm still in the process of breaking in the motor. Only 600 miles on it so far. I'm running 7psi boost while breaking the motor in.. so I'm not making much power at all.

I took the alltrac out last friday to the local hangout. Cops ran us out, and on the way to the next hangout location I ran up on an '05 Matrix XRS (comes with the celica gt-s engine). We went from a 40 roll. I pulled half a car on him by 65mph, then we stopped. I thought he was going to rape me.. I guess the alltrac is a little faster right now than I thought. When we got to the next spot I asked the guy if he was racing for real, and he said he was going 100%... I thought it was pretty cool though that the first kill in the alltrac was against a car with the same engine as my gt-s. :)

only 7lbs boost....from a roll u should kill him. its like racing a big box. anything past 70mph, and he should struggle do to aerodynamics. its nice to see the alltrac to come alive and being broken in. u gotta get us a dyno and a track time as well when its broken in.

apparently the 2005 model according to autotrader is 2800 lbs. i guess they run about mid 15s or so. yes they have the same engine as the celica gts. sounds like u would have pulled a lot more past 65. btw, how much is stock boost on the engine? im just wondering.

stock boost on the 3sgte is about 10-12 psi, the usdm all-tracs pushes about 200 hp stock, but VIP is not on the stock turbo, he upgraded to a bigger turbo

Actually stock boost on the 3s-gte is 7.5psi. This 20G turbo is a dog a low boost levels.. doesn't spool until 4k. It's slow right now.. my gt-s would eat it alive.

Ehhh about the GT-S.. I'm thinking about selling my standalone engine management off of it and buying more stuff for the alltrac. My synchros are starting to go in 2nd gear, so I really don't see me hitting the track again with it. It's my daily driver now, so I don't want it breaking down.

vip, sounds about right, around 7 psi, since the turbo mr2s came with about 7 psi here in the states, but max boost is around 12 psi before the CPU decides to cut t2h fuel, my bad,.....and dont sell the Apexi FC!!!!!! what happened to "13s as a daily driver?" nooooooooo.......well, i was expecting something to come lose on the gt-s, since you have like 100 million timeslips, well,...have fun,....
