Street Racing Rules

Street road racing where not prohibited, involves three simple rules.

1. The Winner is in front at the finish.
2. The Leader chooses the course.
3. The finish is when the Pursuer quits the course.

Wrong section. I dunno if there is a street racing philosophy section, but this would go in there if it did exist. Mayhaps the non specific forum, but it doesn't belong here.

Is street racing not prohibited anywhere? Unless its like F1 on the streets of Paris in a closed off area. But LS1Z28 is right, wrong section.
