2004 galant help ??

I have a 2004 galant. The battery light came on yesterday then today my wife said the car dident start when she got out of work. She had it jumped. then she got home. I started it up after 2 hours later with no prob. Then tonight i went to go start it up and it was almost completly dead no lights radio nothing. please help !!! could it be the altanater ??

take it to autozone or o'reilly. they should check the alternator and battery for free to see which it is, then take it somewhere, tell them "this is what is wrong" and get them to replace it, or do it yourself.

otherwise i coulnt' tell you without knowing that info what is wrong w/ your car. it could be... alternator, battery, bad wiring, bad ground, or you left a light on in the car and havne't realized it yet (my sister has done that to me).
