Grinding feeling in brake pedal sometimes

I have a 2001 Grand Prix GT with 81,000 miles. It is in great condition however at low speeds usually after a turn to the left then to the right (to enter my drive and other various locations) I get a grinding noise and I can feel it in the brake pedal and can hear it. I also hear what sounds like the power steering straining at the same time. If I don't touch the brake the sound is still there. I replaced the brakes with high quality ceramic pads and new rotors, took it to the dealer who replaced gears in the rack and pinion and both outer tierod ends, and flushed the power steering fluid. It seemed better but after a day of driving it started again. I'm heading back to the dealership but they are confused by it as well. Any thoughts???

It could be a hub bearing going bad.

Thought of that already, not that. However it looks like it might be the ABS motor kicking on. I was told that if one wheel speed sensor is bad it will give a false reading like one tire is locking up and the ABS motor will work to prevent a wheel from skiding. That would explain the feeling in the pedal and the noise could be the ABS motor itself. I will know Monday.

I knew about ABS but didn't realize that there was actually a motor ofsome type involved.

the wheel speed sensors are part of the hub bearings, so if the wheel speed sensor is bad, you will have to replace the hub. It could be the vehicle side harness for the abs sensor is corroded, so check that before buying new hubs.

It did turn out to be a speed sensor and it was the ABS motor kicking on.
