I Won!!!!!

That's right!


Yesterday, August 15, 2001, "A date, that will live in infamy!!" I was in court yesterday to fight 3 moving violations that I received from a asshole pig.

A little background to this. Back in February of this year, I was going to work one morning when this asshole in a Benz, hit my car and sent me straight to the concrete median. I regained control, luckily enough, and persued this MF'er for a few miles. Now, unbeknownst to me, there was a cop sitting on the on ramp to the highway. He followed me and long story short, gave me 3 tickets, that's right kiddies 3. One for doing 90 in a 45, Tailgating, and improper lane changing. Needless to say, I was heated about the whole situation cuz even while he had me pulled over, he wouldn't let me speak to explain what had just happened. So I pleaded not guilty, mailed in the tickets.


Now I come to yesterday. I appeared in court yesterday and I had totally forgotten what this pig even looked like. As I sit in the courtroom and await for my name to be anounced this pig keeps looking at me, I didn't know why at the time. I found out why later when the judge anounced his name. So I was like 3rd in line to see the judge. When he called me up, the judge asked if I had an opportunity to speak with the officer(a.k.a. PIG) before my trial. I said no and he said if I would step outside the courtroom and speak with him. Basically to ask questions, cop a plea and what not. Do you believe this asshole still did not want to let me speak. I told him nevermind and get back inside cuz I had nothing more to say to him.

With the courtroom now empty, I was able to calm down a bit, I hate being in front of crowds, and listen to this asshole tell his side of the story. After that, the judge let me speak. After I told the judge what had actually happened that day up to the pig pulling me over and not letting me speak, he asked this cop how long was he beside my car when he pulled me over. The cop even said it, he wasn't even there for a minute. I saw the judges face and that was enough for me. I even told the judge that when he sent us out of the room, he still wouldn't let me speak.


5 secs later, DISMISSED!!! NO TICKETS!!!

The cop needless to say was pissed the fuck off!!!! I could care less though. No violations for me.

So kids, if anything is to be learned from this, fight your tickets! Unless you grossly neglected the law, then take your medicine.

Proof that still is some justice in the world.

Now how about we start a road rage forum, for all us poor guys who have suffured from it. There's just something wrong about useing our car as a weapon to ram someone off the road. :devil:

While I do condone beating the living hell out of someone on the road, I don't condone using your car as a weapon. Too many things can go wrong. I read that post you made about what happened to you. That sucked. If you read my recommendation, vindication is yours, just a matter of when you do it. :D

Yeah, and the funny thing also was, that this asshole cop still didn't want to let me speak when we were outside the room. He was pissed that I got off!! He was so red.

What about that guy in the Merc? Did you catch him? Any consequences for him?

Nah! Haven't seen that guy ever! But it's safe to say that, should I see him again, I'm fucking him up on sight, no questions asked!!

And as for me being too quiet, well, that will be changing shortly as I've been preoccupied with work and this court thing. Right now were in the busy time of this job and it get's hectic. Once it dies down, I should be on here more often. To be honest, I've been on the forum, just haven't posted. I've just been reading and monitoring the forums making sure everything is cool and no fights are breaking out. But I have been online. I've been posting pretty much all day today also.

Congrats, any victory over Amerika's injustice system should be cause for a party.
Everyone should fight their tickets, clog up the court system, and pig's will eat more donuts, and give less speeding tix.

I too recently beat the law.
Monday I got off from a speeding ticket because "The CHP have chosen not to take this case to trial."

Weeks before trial I requested 'discovery' from the CHumPs. Their calibration (radar gun) and training records were "not available at this time".
That is lack of disclosure... Dismissed.

Again, congrats, and remember- That few hundred dollars you just saved should only be spent at strip clubs.:D
