1979 Ignition Problem

I have a problem with my truck not starting, there is 11v coming out of both negative and positive wire on the coil. I am not getting any juice from the coil to the distributor. I have replaced the ignition module and I put a MSD kit (Distributor and Coil NO box) that is ready to run, so they said!!
