Wood Filler?????

i just got an idea but im not sure if it will work. i have some elmer's carpenter's wood filler i i thought that maybe i can use this to fill in my models????? can i use this???? any tips would help

1. Please stop flooding. Message boards are not chat rooms. It will take time to get a reply, and if no one has an answer, no one will reply no matter how many time you "TTT" yout post.

2. Wood filler (glue?) doesn't sound like a good idea to me. Try it if you like, but please try it on something you don't mind messing up, like the plastic parts trees or something... Why not just buy putty?

I've never used it, but I've heard it can be used to fill small holes and seams. It's supposed to sand and take paint well, too. If you try it, let us know how it goes.

I tried it on my Revell ITR but its to soft its like it never will dry but u can try it caues the good thing is it comes off easy or maybe thats a bad thing.:flipa: :finger: :finger: :finger: :flipa: :finger: :flipa: :finger: :grey: :silly2:

You can buy a tube of testors contour putty for about 1.99. Don't use that wood stuff! :rolleyes:
