Intake manifold swap

hello i own a 91 mustange with 302 engine i also got my hands on a weiand xcellerator single plane intake i beleive this is an intake for a carberator but can i run it with my fuel injection.

Yes it is a carb intake. But, you can run it with your fuel injection if you buy an intake elbow. Its a 90* peice that bolts the throttle body to the intake.
