it stuggles to stay on. fuel pump turns on, fuses is good, relay is good on f pump, changed dist. cap, rotor, plugs. turn on car, sounds like its misfiring bad, as soon as hit the throttle it turn off. after a couple of times with the same result, took a break but noticed antifreeze drippin out of water pump weep hole. does anybody know if the waterpumps out it would cause this effect to the engine? is it hooked up to timing belt? i know a sentra isnt i think its prety much the same engine. any educated guesses would help a lot
thanks

My first guess is that the water pump has been dripping but has not been noticed until you have recently been looking around under the hood. A leaking water pump would not be related to miss-fire. The water pump is not driven by the timing chain.
Altima and Sentra engines do have similarities. Like a big brother and little brother who share the same last name, both having two arms, two legs... and the rest. Each engine is called by different model numbers and yet are as different as two brothers being two different people.
Recheck the firing order and location of the sparkplug wires in the distributor cap. Inspect inside of the distributor cap for any damage from installation or mismatched parts.
Check for an air leak between the MAFS and the throttle body.
Leave the radiator cap off to see if the engine runs any different. Look for bubbles in the coolant while the engine is running. Look for coolant mixing with the motor oil. Perform a compression test with a gauge to rule out a leaking head gasket.
If your check engine light is on, what codes are stored in the computer?
