1994 Integra LS Oil Consumption Problem

I have a '94 Integra LS and I had a problem with oil burning about a year ago. I had my head resurfaced, 3-way valve job, had the motor re-ringed, and also had a clean-up bore done on the cylinder walls. I had all of this done to stop the oil burning. Well, a year later, I no longer have an oil burning problem, but my motor is still somehow consuming oil at a pretty good rate.
I'd say that I am losing a quart every 3-4 weeks. My car is mildly tuned; I have a DC 4-1 one-piece header, intake, HKS Exhaust (with the cat in). Does anyone have any ideas as to why I'm having this type of a consumption problem and how to fix it? I have to keep a close eye on the oil level as I'm having to add oil once a week or so.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

when your car ages, its possible that the piston rings are worned out. have it checked out and replaced with stock rings. don't go for those aftermarket ones.

GSteg,
Already had the motor re-ringed w/ Honda factory piston rings and complete top-end rebuilt. Any other ideas?
Thanks.

Check the drainage bolt on the bottom of the pan... is it tight? Check any lines in the engine bay for leaks. Do you ever notice spots of oil under the car? If it's not burning its a leak. But, on older cars burning is common. I had a 90 GS with 105,000 miles and it consumed about 1 quart a month if not more. At the end of its life it was about 1 quart a week. This is just a sign that it's time to get a new car.

luti,
Thanks for the response. The problem I'm having is truly bizarre. About a year ago, I was burning a lot of oil. I mean, I was blowing a lot of dark blue/black smoke out of the exhaust. Now, after all the work that I've had done, I'm no longer blowing smoke, but I'm still somehow losing oil. As far as I know, the pan is not leaking any oil. The area under my car is bone dry. I've been told by some people that it could be a blowby problem.
Thanks.
