EMERGENCY! How do you remove the soft top?

The guy that sold this to me did not give me an owners manual, my top is in shreds and I'm in the middle of replacing it with a new one. I have the top half off and cannot figure out how to get the back loose where it velcros around the edge! What do I do!?

EDIT: Ok I got it! My top is so rotten I just ripped it right off on one side, popping all the stiches. I then saw how the clips in the abck work on the sides, they just push out.
