oil change

I was wanting to know what the oil capacity was on a 2003. My owners manual does not show it for a 5.4 liter. Any help would be great.

and what about types? manual says 5-20m synthetic blend. is that what everyone else is running,? jsut bought a 03 xlt today.

my 97 with the 5.4 l has a 6 quart capacity, i run 5w-30 in the winter, and 10w-40 in the summer, with 144k on the odometer i use non-synthetic brands of oil, and change it at 3k miles
