when i bought my car the fans wouldnt work unless i hooked them up to a toggle switch. now im trying to figure out why it was ghetto rigged in the first place i replaced all the sensors on the radiator itself and checked all the wires and they all look fine and the fuse is fine.
does any one have any ideas on this one, i need to get these fixed so i can get a turbo timer.

Well, I don't know. But they don't turn on untill your coolant temp hits 210.

there's a short somewhere. Replace all the wires, find where the toggle wires are coming from and find out where they should be.

there is only one wire that is there i hooked up the other to the negative and to the toggle i bought. the wire is coming from the fuse box under the hood attached to the fan fuse wire of course and then runs to the little ignition fuse box the connects to the positive on the battery and is tapped into the white wire there like its runing a constant power feed, cause if i didnt hook up the toggle switch and connected the wire it would just run and run

Why don't you just have the fans on all the time? Or at least one of them, the ac fan only comes on with the ac.
