good source for used 2001 corolla bumper

I've got a 2001 Corolla. One of the clips that holds the bumper broke and the dealer says I have to get a new bumper. Just wondering if anyone knows of a discount dealership or junk yard that offers quality parts and stands behind their sales.

Also, does anyone know if the bumper comes pre painted when purchased new from the dealer.
