90 Lumina 3.1 has no power starting off.

Ok well one day my car just all of a sudden just lugs really bad seems like it has no power, it kinda sounds like the belts screetch when I start moving but imediatley stops.. I have changed the spark plugs took the air filter out, it also seems there is no suction from the tube that is conected to the engine and also the air filter hose. I have also changed the oil and filter what else do you think it could be it just seems there is no power.. My air filter was very very dirty I was told to clean the sensor inside of there with rubbing alchohal so i did but nothing has changed.. I hear the fuel pump turn on when I turn key and then it shuts off I have also gotten fuel injector cleaner and out that in.. Please some one help...I need to get this darn car fixed it has 112,000 miles on it and it is a 90.. thanks for your help hope to hear from some one soon...

Does it miss or just no power, have the fuel press tested for starters.

I am not really sure how can you tell if it is missing..
