needs advice

i have an 86 s10 blazer 2.8 v6 it will run fine sometimes and sometimes when i crank it up it will spit and sputter and when i drive it somewhere it will start missing so if anyone has any advice please write back thanks:banghead:

Check the timing, and if it's ok check the fuel pressure.

When's the last time that it's had a tune up?

Just a guess, but it probably hasn't had the fuel filter changed in a while, and that's a very important job with your fuel injected truck.

Complete checkup, Time chain, fuel pressure, new filters all around, complete tune up!!! depending on the milage maybe even jets...
