Sun Visor problem

HI, anyone had experience with removing and reinstalling the sunvisors on a 02 trailblazer? There are no screws holding it on, just a little hole to push a little pick in and to release it. The problem is its hard to get it to release and its even harder to put them back on. I work on a ton of vehicles and this one just seems to want to be a pain, there has to be an easy way to reinstall them. Thanks for any ideas.
