Hey,
I've got to check the wiring of of the power window motor in the drivers door, however the door removal prodedure process in my Haynes Manual describes a different door(Haynes 24071 S10 and Sonoma pickups 94-01, Blazer and Jimmy 95 - 2001)
I have only found the 2 screws = first holding the handle plate to the door, and the round plug to the edge of the door near the fuse box.
Anyone have the proper procedure to remove the front door panels on the drivers side of 2000 Jimmy SLT - power mirrors, locks, windows etc...
Please let me know... here or at RI1470@AOL.COM
Thanks and have a good day.

Remove the plate behind the inner door handle (there will be 1 screw) Remove the 2 screws below the arm rests (7mm heads) Then from the bottom of the panel, pull firmly outwards moving along the sides. Lift the panel up and out.
