That really depends upon what state you live in.
Where I live it's mostly the cost of administration that they ding us for (I understand about $100.00 cndn). Although we require a safety inspection which is what costs the most.

It depends did you buy the vehichel with the rebuilt title?
I bought my cutlass with the R title and it actually cost me less to insure it.
