Help! turn noise

My car is 2002 Ford Escort SE. Recently, I found it make "ca-ta, ca-ta" noise when I turn left, no the noise during turn right and straight. If anyone know what's problem, please tell me how to fix it or what I need to do. Thank you very much.

Sounds to me like a CV joint.
