im heading over to the dynojet tommorro and i need some help with advancing my cam timing. i have a 1995 Acura Integra GS-R. how do i advance my timing? do i go clockwise or counter clock wise? do i have to do it for both the exhaust and intake? do i have to un bolt anything and hand turn it over? somebody help please. BTW i do have adjustable timing gears

your not going to see any results without being on the dyno ;)

No offense, but why did you buy adjustable gears when you don't know what you are doing to properly tune your engine. For most engines they seem to like the intake advanced a little and the exhaust retarded, but they are all different. The only way to do it properly is tuning on the dyno.

they should have a range on them -5 degrees -- 0 degrees -- +5 degrees

-5 is five degrees retarded and +5 is five degrees advanced
