Street Truck

I am going to start to build a street truck. It is a 1994 Chevy 1500 long box. I plan on puting at least a 350 or 454 engine. I was wondering if anyone could tell me annthing I need to know before i start. I have decent welding, metal fab, and engine skills. Any help would be aprieciated. One more thing, Do you guys know where i can get a complete torque specs chart?

Small Block Specs if you install a 350
