ok i was looking around this weekend and a well i have a slight problem. i have a 89 305 tpi and i am going to put in a 73 350 4 bolt main with the tpi system. now my problem is i cant find a intake that will match the 89 tpi that will match up to the 350 heads. my options are to find new intake to match up to the 73 heads or put the 305 heads on the 350. now if i put the 305 heads on the 350 what would that do. i know that it has been done before just i dont know what would happen.

What you are looking for is an intake (if you want TPI) from an 85/86 F Body or any year TPI corvette. The Corvette intakes from aluminum headed engines (1986 1/2 & up) will have a different EGR arrangement than the F body's.

yeah but didnt they have the ninth injector. the bolt angles should be correct but i think there is something else. or am i just imagining it.

If you used the runners from the 89, the 9th injector hole in the intake would get blocked off since the 89+ runners didn't have the hole for the injector.
