Simple. Drilled some holes in the back of the headlights, inserted some blue light led's. Then place a batter and switch to turn them on and off whenever he felt like it. It's not that complicated, but I've never done it.

anyone know where to get L.E.Ds? online... and batteries too, as well as the switches...

Well the led's and batteries can be purchased at your local Radio Shack or electronic store. The switches, you can probably find them at a hardware store or Home Depot type store that could contain customized switches.
