new lower control arm bushings?

they look nothin like the OEM ones, how the hell do they fit in there? they ring looks too big, anyone changed theirs? and if so what is them too like oval gaps in the rod for on each end of the thing for? just to grip?

Well a few more than just the struts. But some like the LCA ones (and I think the rear trailing arm ones to?) have to be pressed out unfortunately. :frown:
