I got a 1997 Blazer 4x4 2 door, 4.3 w with 211,000 miles.
It has new starter, new windshield, moter mounts, swaybar link kit, new front&rear shocks, and tires. has a oil leak don't know where it is leaking from, everything works, mirrors,4x4,ac,powerlocks&windows. It runs excellant and looks good minor rust on the rockers. My question is what do you think it is worth?

No offence Jason, but 1 owner really doesn't mean squat, it's just braging rights and doesn't change the value 1 penny.

If you keep it well maintained, and keep the books on it that's what'll increase the value.

jg, if you Get that oil leak fixxed, and the engine cleaned it'll make it easier to sell (although again it doesn't increase the value, just makes it easier to sell)

Ask a used car lot how much they'll buy it for, and look to see how much they sell for. And a fair price is somewhere in the middle

I know that it's a nice unit, and you do have something to be proud of

True, but if the original owner took meticulous care of the vehicle and has records of ALL the service ever performed, the vehicle will be worth more to many people... and for good reason. You'll know way more about how the vehicle was maintained with these records compared to one which has traded hands many times, with few records of anything. Yes original owners can sometimes take poor care of their cars, but that will be readily apparent upon inspection, and you can almost count on few records. Original owner is usually a plus, especially the older a car is.
