Hey guys, I was heading up to party 2 days ago and we were rolling a bti 130km/h and such. A civic pulled beside me reved so I noddedand after I passed 150km/h the car started shaking like hell and pulling on one side. some might say its the alignment or something but it came out of the garage the same morning. Is there something wrong this neon or is it just the crappy roads?

Sounds like an alignment issue to me... Wouldn't recommend going that fast again, atleast until you get that taken care of. Plus you might want to make sure your tires can even handle that high of a speed...

Many cars just aren't made for high speeds. Poor tires, lightweight, poor construction, soft suspension.
My car is a brick at 140, you feel like you're only doing 60. But my mom's Subaru gets blown all over the place after 75mph. Heavy wind and passing 18 wheelers can shift the entire car into another lane. A Taurus we once rented would literally rattle at anything over 70.
Get the alignment and tires checked out. But even still keep in mind the car, and tires stock tires aren't meant for high speeds.

alignment, check if all the tires are inflated properly, suspention, the struts could be going out. theres a lot of possibilities.

If your car is shaking, it's more then likely the balance on the tires of your car. However your car shouldn't be making lane changes by itself either. I'd make sure your alignment, balance, and tire pressure are all spot on before you do anymore high speed runs.
