Car Makes Clicking Noise When Going Over Dips

My car just recently started making a "clicking" noise whenever it dips (like when going over a dip). It comes from the front part of the car, but I don't know what the problem is. I did hit a pole earlier today in the front of the car above the tire. It left a small dent. Could that have something to do with it?
Thanks for the help.

check the wheel well. if your tire looks like it might hit it, that alone might be the problem.

Thank you for replying.
When I look at the tire well, the tire is a lot closer to the well than the other side. What should I do? Should I get it looked at? Is it expensive to repair?

shocks or springs. id check your front end also. ball joint, swaybar link, ect may also be bad

How bad will it hurt my car if I don't get my shocks/springs fixed immediately? What could happen?

could end up taking out your ball joints/tie rods, and that would be very bad. id get it all looked at first by a mechanic to see exactly what needs doing, then you can decide whats the most immediate needs
