ac horn problems

i have a 95 ram that has a problem with ac horn circuit.
when the ac is on, the compressor does not engage, and the 20 amp fuse for horn circuit blows. fuse does not blow until ac blower is turned on. disconnected module to compressor and fuse still blew when turned on ac. hoping someone has seen this before, i am sure there is a short just looking for a good starting place.

Sounds like a short somewhere in the wiring.

Did you try disconnecting the blower motor?
