Whistling or whirring noise at Idol. I come to stop and noise startes up even as I begin to move forward. 2000 venture

If standing still and the noise changes (pitch or volume) when the throttle is changed slightly then it is good chance it is a vacuum leak. Like a hose or gasket, ect.
