Welcome to AF!!

If the car is still flooding after all you have changed you may have a problem either with the injectors or with the ecm itself. Obviously the oxygen sensor which usually controls the fuel reading for the ecm is either not registering or you have wiring issues. Based on your description I think the injectors may be hanging open causing too much fuel to enter the combustion chambers while over 50. You didn't say if there are any drivability issues so this may be where you need to start. A good professional injector cleaning may help but you may need to replace them if that doesn't help.

Have any actual diagnostics been done here, fuel pressure, check engine lite codes, any analyzing scan data?

It drives fine , smooth, except for the flooding, even tried difference kinds of injector cleaners on it, I just had a fuel regulator put on could this be a problem. After the car has dies , wait until it cools off and it starts right up again and drives ok then it floods again. For the code all lights come on when it shuts down , but by the time I wait for it cools down to get it to a shop, it is driving fine , can't be read. Could this be a sticky fuel pump?

Fuel pressure regulators will limit the fuel pressure and the injectors will limit the amount of fuel going into the engine if they work properly. I think your problem is with the injectors either staying open too long or sticking open until they cool down. You need to do some checking on the injectors by checking resistance. If the resistance is too high that could indicate that they are sticking open and flooding the engine.

How do you check for resistance and can fuel injector cleaner can fix it ?

You need to get a manual to get the specs on your injectors unless someone here knows. Then you will need a digital Ohm meter to check the resistance. Do this by touching the terminals on the injectors and reading the resistance. If they are too high they can stick open and put too much fuel into the engine. If that is the case you will need to replace the injectors to correct the problem.

Injectors can stick open; when they do- they flow fuel continuously instead of in short bursts. That puts excess gas in the cylinder where it occurs, which drops mileage and loads the exaust with unburned gas. It also washes oil off the cylinder walls, and can wind up causing severe engine damage.

This fits as a strong possibility for your cars symptoms. Check the computer readout to see if it points that way.

Injectors can be replaced new, or- cleaned. Cleaning is much cheaper, but be warned- if it's not done right, you will have more trouble than you can imagine.

I am in the middle of a nightmare with Accurate Injector Service. Injectors they serviced two months ago were stuck open on first start after installation, flooding gas to cylinders. Took the car to the dealer this time.
Access requires removing the intake manifold (again) and the full rail set was bench tested by the dealer. Two injectors were stuck open, and we had them replaced with new ones. In the dealers test drive after re-assembly, a third injector stuck- and we had to do it again. We opted to throw out all the serviced injectors and install all new. $1500.00 labor and materials.

Bill Sikes at Accurate Injector Service was called before we replaced anything, and told us there was nothing wrong; the sticking was normal and to hit them with a screwdriver handle. Of course that didn't work. Sent him a
certified letter with copies of the bills, asking for a refund of the amount he charged as a minimum. Heard nothing for a month despite multiple follow up emails. Once my credit card company notified him that the charge was disputed, he called to tell me I was stupid and ignorant. He has made every excuse you can imagine, and still indicates that he doesn't believe the problem even happened. Currently it's in the hands of Arizona Consumer fraud for investigation, and we are out $1500 for what should have been a $200 job.

Even if the company that does the work offers to re-do it, you will have a massive amount of additional labor to pull mainfolds on many vehicles like ours, just to access the injectors. If the "re-do" doesn't go perfectly- you get to do it again. You just can't afford to have marginal workmanship in this area.

I have since found posts by others who have had the same problem with the same company. Unfortunately, I didn't find out before hand, and obviously didn't do my homework well enough. By the way, if anyone else has had similar problems with Accurate Injector Service, please contact me!
