the cheapest way will be the h22.

yeah, Like everyone else has said, go for the H22. the H23 is also a good motor, and pretty much its the best motor of the h-series to buid up, but money ise just get the h22. I've found them for the cheapest price of $2000-2500, and an install price of about $800.
