ETS OFF & ABS light came on, why?

I drove my car to work today and it was fine, then when I go on break and start to drive off the ETS OFF light came on and the ABS light, the TRAC OFF light has also been coming on but it doesnt stay on. What is the ETS light for? And why has the ETS and ABS lights come on?

Is it ETS OFF? That means the traction control is turned off or there is a problem with it. ETS is the cavs "Electronic Traction System" Do you notice any difference in grip or handling when the light comes on at all? If it is coming on and off it could be a fuse or a censor, or something wrong with the ETS itself. Check the fuses and do an error code scan, maybe that can tell you whats wrong. :)

As for abs, mine stays on 24/7, again i think its a sensor but i dont bother to get it fixed, brakes fine without it.

The ets off light stays on with the abs, the Trac off light usually comes on when im backing up and thats it, or it comes on for a second or two in other situations then goes right off.
