Hi Everyone,
I am posting this for a freind of mine who at the current time does not have internet access.
He is looking to buy a mustang and is willing to spend between 4000-6000.
He was wondering if I could put up a post on what to look for and what to avoid.
Any info would be great, he likes the model 2's but isnt that picky.
Thanks!
Joe

What is he looking for? A fast car? A new/reliable car? Tell us a little more about what kind of mustang he wants.

a model 2?
for that price range theres a lot of options, anything from a old resto to a newer modular 4.6

He is not so worried about a fast car as he is more about a reliable car that won't die on him in 2-3 years.
Not looking for a resto project but one that could have a few simple things added to it. Cold air intake and high flow tail pipe "cat back system".
He is not looking to go crazy but wants a reliable car to start on and be able to make it his own.
Some things he is considering asside from the above would be a HID upgrade, custom gagues, and a basic/modest sterio upgrade "mainly replace the factory head unit and factory speakers" but nothing too extreme.
What can you all offer for advice?
Thanks again,
Joe
