I'm going to attempt to make my own camera mount for my S2000. I want it to look something like this:

What materials would I use? How would I bend the piece the curves around? Any other suggestions?

Aluminum, looks like two pieces of barstock, one bent on both ends. Top one is pretty thick and has a slot milled in it, but you could probably just drill a hole every inch or so to get all the adjustment you wanted. Clamp it down in a vice to bend it. What are you mounting it on?

I'm mounting this instead of the windscreen. S2000s already have two holes drilled for it, and I'm going to try and use them.

How much is that one in the picture? I could probably make you one for around $25 shipped

They charge $90 for it. That's why I didn't want to do it.
